Cross-border work is never automatic.
Working in another country, or on rotation, is not a benefit of participating. Immigration, employment, tax, social insurance, safety, and travel requirements must be checked for each individual and each jurisdiction before any deployment. Participating does not preserve or create residence or work rights anywhere.
You stay in control. Participation is voluntary at every step. We ask for explicit consent before sharing your profile with any employer, and you can withdraw at any time. Questions? See the FAQ.
