On-the-job Reskilling Program
You are employed and paid from the first day. A 36-month structured program combining 6 to 18 months of hands-on field experience with office-and-home-based training to develop experts.
How the term is spent
The On-the-job Reskilling Program mixes paid time on site with structured study you can complete from an office or from home.
Between 6 and 18 months of the term is spent on site, doing the work alongside a mentor.
The rest of the term is structured study you complete from an office or from home.
The term moves in rotations of 14 weeks, so you change rotation about every three months.
The program is built to take you to expert level in a technical discipline, not just to a first job.
